Belmont House is a pet-friendly apartment rental community in Columbus, Ohio. Our 1 and 2-bedroom apartments for rent provide a wonderful place for not only you to live, but also a wonderful place for your pet to live. Pets ensure a more active social life and lower stress at work. With all these benefits, we understand why you would want to have a lovable companion to greet you upon your return every evening. Belmont House believes that pet-friendly apartments are an important part of life, which is why we have policies to accommodate pet ownership. For only $45 monthly pet rent, we welcome cats, and dogs for only $50 monthly pet rent. We do have breed restrictions for Pit bulls (American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, and American Bulldog), German Shepherds, Akitas, Rottweilers, Boxers, Doberman Pinschers, Mastiff Breed, Malamutes, Cane Corso, Husky, Chow Chow, and any Wolf Hybrid, Great Danes. Or any mix of these breeds. No fish tanks over 20 gallons. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call during our normal business hours.
